Attentive to Our Needs

Our sales associate Dustin was amazing from the moment we first walked through the door of the dealership. He was attentive to our needs in a vehicle and respectful of our research process in selecting a vehicle. Dustin went out of his way to bring in a vehicle to the dealership to allow us to see a 3rd row in an X5 to help with our decision making process. He also arranged for an extended test drive to allow us an opportunity to test drive the vehicle in the dark as well as in the daylight hours. At pick up, Dustin had everything ready and made the delivery process smooth and efficient. He made us feel like we had his complete attention and that we were the most important customer in the dealership.
Steve was also great to work with in understanding our pricing options available and worked hard to meet our price and service expectations. He was respectful and diligent in his work. He was a pleasure to work with. Kent was well organized and ready for us when we showed up to pick up our vehicle with all of the purchase and financing paperwork ready for us to sign. Kent was clear in describing our options in financing or leasing a vehicle and made that experience smooth and simple.
While shopping for a vehicle, we were actually leaning towards another brand as it fit our current family better with a true 3rd row of seating (whereas the X5 has a much smaller 3rd row). The other brand we considered is also a luxury brand that is very well respected in the industry. Our decision to purchase the X5 was based on the performance of the staff at the dealership. We wanted to deal with the BMW dealership and for that reason, chose the X5. We are very happy with the X5 and have no concerns that this vehicle can meet the needs of our family both today and into the future. I'm completely satisfied with the service we have received thus far from everyone we've dealt with and I look forward to being part of the BMW family.
